Pedroza & Hayes Accounting provides comprehensive bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax reporting, tax preparation and planning, and business consultation to include entity consultation, entity requirements education, budgeting, and other types of business planning.
We provide a range of services to all types of businesses as well as tax preparation for individuals. We guide our clients through the process of making complex decisions with all the necessary data to save them time, money, and provide the assurance that their financials are complete and accurate. We accomplish this with a simple and personalized process to eliminate stress for our clients.

Billy Hayes Co-Founder & CEO
Billy Hayes, co-founder and CEO, is dedicated to providing expert tax and accounting services by educating business owners on how to utilize their own financial information to reach their financial goals. Billy is passionate about helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of finance and taxation, allowing them to focus on what they do best - growing their business. Billy has an MBA from GCU and has experience working in government, non-profit, and public accounting. Beyond the office, Billy actively supports the community. He has served on several non-profit boards, including the Advisory Board at the YMCA, as Treasurer at the Tucson Waldorf School, and currently, as Treasurer of the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona (CFSA). Serving on boards has not only broadened his financial and social perspective, but it also allows him to share his expertise to benefit causes he believes in. Billy has volunteered with United Way’s VITA program and is a long-time baseball and basketball coach in local high schools and community leagues. He was named a 40 Under 40 Honoree in 2020, has been a member of the Emerging Leaders Council (ELC) with the Tucson Metro Chamber since 2021, and is a graduate of Lead Tucson with Greater Tucson Leadership (GTL), class of 2024.
Rosy Pedroza Co-Founder & CEO
Rosy Pedroza, co-founder and CEO, is dedicated to empowering business owners to achieve their own financial goals through expert tax and accounting services. Rosy is passionate about helping entrepreneurs in all stages of their journey learn the intricacies of finance and taxation, freeing business owners to dedicate their time to their passions. Rosy has an MBA from GCU and has experience working in non-profit and public accounting. Being bilingual and bicultural drives her to serve and support the widespread Tucson and surrounding communities. Rosy served as Treasurer of the Board at Parent Aid Child Abuse Prevention and has volunteered with United Way’s VITA program, providing tax preparation. She is in the Lead Tucson class of 2025 with Greater Tucson Leadership (GTL).
